*All prices listed above are in EURO and include VAT (IVA) as per the Portuguese government tax legislation.
*1 Prices on request according to the specificity of the service and material/piece. It might be required for an outside company to perform the service and the cost will be defined by their price list with a surcharge of 10%.

Terms & Conditions:
• Requests must be submitted 48h in advance by written communication or online form.
• Last minute requests are subject to availability and 50% additional charge.
• Any cancelation must be communicated with 24h in advance by written communication or online form.
• The services provided by external companies are subject to their availability, policies, and price list.
• Martinhal Residences cannot be held responsible for any damage occurred during the services provided by outside companies.
• Cleaning services are provided between 09:00 and 16:00.
• Cleaning detergents and products (vacuum cleaners, mops, cloths, etc.) are provided by the hotel. In case the owner prefers to use any other product/equipment, it is his responsibility to provide it and assuming the responsibility for any damage that might occur.
• All valuables, fragile objects (antiques, art, watches, money etc.) or other objects of sentimental value must be stored and safe during the period of service. (We recommend the use of a safe for all valuable belongings).
• During any service, Martinhal Residences reserves the right to replace any maid.
• In case of damage to any owner property, while performing the service the hotel’s liability will be limited to the charge for that service visit.
• The fees charged, terms and conditions are subject to change with management discretion.
