Terms & Conditions:

  • Requests must be submitted 48h in advance by written communication or online form.
  • Last minute requests are subject to availability and 50% additional charge.
  • Any cancelation must be communicated with 24h in advance by written communication or online form.
  • Cancelations with less than 24h subject to 1h cancelation fee charge.
  • The services provided by external companies are subject to their availability, policies, and price list.
  • Minimum charge of 30 minutes
  • Martinhal Residences cannot be held responsible for any damage occurred during the services provided by outside companies.
  • All services are provided between 09:00 and 18:00.
  • All valuables, fragile objects (antiques, art, watches, money etc.) or other objects of sentimental value must be stored and safe dur- ing the period of service. (We recommend the use of a safe for all valuable belongings).
  • During any service, Martinhal Residences reserves the right to swap the technician without prior notice.
  • All staff members must be vigilante, preserve and maintain residents’ property and items. In case of damaged item, while performing the service, caused by a deliberate act, the hotel’s liability will be limited to the charge for that service visit.
  • Equipment/materials not included.
  • The fees charged, terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice.
